Our cutters have an ultra-thin cutting edge of just 0.4 mm. This allows them to cut sharply and precisely through the clay, creating clean shapes that hardly need any sanding afterwards.

Tips for the best results:
- Roll out your clay to a thickness of about 2 mm. On most pasta machines, this corresponds to setting 2.
- Does the cutter have fine details or small incisions? Then lightly dust it with cornstarch beforehand. This makes it easier for the clay to release and helps preserve even the finest details. Carefully brush off any excess cornstarch before baking.
